What happens when my free trial ends?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged — there's no card on file. Your workspace simply pauses until you pick a paid plan. When you upgrade, everything is exactly where you left it: courses, learners, progress, and settings.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your content was never locked in to begin with. If your courses live in Contentful or Sanity, they stay in your CMS — cancelling LMSMore doesn't touch them. Natively authored courses can be exported in Contentful-compatible RichText at any time. We retain your account data for 30 days after cancellation for export, then delete it.

What is included in the free trial?

The 14-day free trial includes core authoring (native plus Contentful and Sanity), the course builder, quizzes, learning paths, and certificates — up to 5 learners and 3 courses, with no credit card required. AI course building and the tutor are included so you can try them; branding and reporting are on Growth and up.

When do the AI features become available?

The full AI suite — the in-lesson AI tutor, conversational AI Mode, AI course recommendations, the AI learning-path generator, AI quiz explanations, and the AI course creator — is included from the Growth plan up, with monthly fair-use quotas. The free trial includes AI course building and the tutor so you can try them. Starter does not include AI features.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade any time from your admin console; changes take effect immediately. To change or cancel a paid plan, use the billing portal or email us.

How do the CMS integrations work?

LMSMore connects to your existing CMS (Contentful or Sanity) using secure API credentials and reads your content live, so learners always see your latest published content with no duplication between your CMS and LMS. You can also author courses natively inside LMSMore if you prefer not to use a separate CMS. Content sources are pick-one — choose native, Contentful, or Sanity, and switch later. Learner search covers courses authored in LMSMore; CMS-sourced courses are browsed from the catalogue.

What happens if I exceed my learner limit?

You'll see a clear message when you reach your learner limit. Moving to the next plan raises it; nothing is deleted, and your existing learners keep their access.

No setup fees for Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise customers may have implementation fees depending on customization requirements.

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

You own your data and can request a full export at any time, and Enterprise customers get hands-on migration assistance. Self-serve CSV export is on our roadmap.
